World Quality Week 2025: QIIN Set to Make It Unforgettable

#WQW 2025 – Theme: “Quality: Think Differently”

Every November, the world comes together to celebrate World Quality Week (WQW), a global campaign championed by the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI/IRCA) to highlight the transformative power of quality in driving excellence across organisations, teams, and communities.

For World Quality Week 2025 (10–14 November), the global theme is “Quality: Think Differently”, a call to action for individuals and institutions to reimagine their approach to quality, challenge the status quo, and inspire innovative improvements.

QIIN is proud to join this global celebration once again, with a rich lineup of activities that will make this year’s observance truly impactful, inclusive, and memorable.

QIIN’s Line-Up of Activities for WQW 2025

Day 1–2: Free ISO 9001:2015 Certification Training for Teachers

🗓️ Monday 10 – Tuesday 11 November 2025.
📍 Online (Google Meet)

QIIN will kick off the week with a fully sponsored virtual ISO 9001:2015 certification course for teachers nationwide. This initiative aims to strengthen the quality culture in Nigeria’s education sector by empowering teachers with globally recognised quality management principles for practical classroom applications.

Participants will gain valuable skills in quality planning, continual improvement, and performance measurement and will earn a certificate of course completion.

Day 3: QoLII Health Activity

🗓️ Wednesday 12 November 2025
📍 Abuja

Midweek, the Quality of Life Improvement Initiative (QoLII) team will lead a community health outreach focusing on preventive care and wellness education. This activity embodies QIIN’s belief that quality begins with healthy people and communities.

The outreach will also spotlight QoLII’s innovative programmes that are helping organisations integrate quality-driven approaches to community well-being.

Day 4: 2nd National Quality Improvement Summit (NQIS®) 2025

🗓️ Thursday 13 November 2025
📍 Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja & Online

The highlight of the week is the 2nd edition of the National Quality Improvement Summit (NQIS®) — Nigeria’s premier forum for driving quality, safety, and consumer-centred improvement across sectors.

Morning–Afternoon Conference (9 AM – 3 PM)

• Keynote: Quality: Think Differently
• FCCPC-Led Session: Rethinking Complaints and Feedback Management, featuring SON, SMEDAN, SERVICOM, and NAFDAC
• Book Launch: Complaints and Feedback Management: Empowering Consumers and Organisations to Improve the Quality of Products and Services — free copies for all participants
• QoLII Progress Presentation and Sponsor Interludes
• Networking over tea break and lunch

Evening Award Night (6 PM – 9 PM)

• Glamorous dinner celebrating excellence and Fellows Induction.
• Presentation of the prestigious Grandapreneur Award

Day 5: QIIN Faculty and Lead Implementers & Auditors Meeting

🗓️ Friday 14 November 2025
📍 Abuja

The week will wrap up with a strategic closed-door meeting bringing together QIIN faculty members and certified lead implementers/auditors.

This will serve as a reflection and planning retreat, reviewing lessons from the year’s activities and the summit, aligning priorities, and setting new targets to advance QIIN’s national quality agenda for 2026.
