Research Program
The objective of this research program is to foster academic and industry professional development by generating and disseminating knowledge about cutting-edge quality improvement practices, trends, tools, and techniques.
The research findings are published in the QIIN Insight Series or Journal (JOQI) supporting evidence-based policymaking and standard development in the field of quality management.
