Quality Improvement Institute of Nigeria (QIIN) Forges Ahead with New Partnerships and Innovation: A Courtesy Visit to the FCCPC
As part of our outreach, we’ve sought strategic alliances with esteemed organizations that share our vision.
On September 6, 2022, Dr. Stephen Hati, President/CEO of QIIN, Bar. Adeboboye Adekunle (Legal/Corporate Governance), and Mrs. Winfred Ahumibe (Brand Communications) had the privilege of visiting the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
The FCCPC’s mission to ensure consumers receive a variety of quality products aligns with QIIN’s core objectives, making this partnership pivotal. The meeting was held at FCCPC’s conference hall, with over ten staff members in attendance, including Alhaji Adamu Ahmed Abdullahi (Sa’in Jama’are), the Executive Commissioner, Corporate Services, and Mrs. Mercy Ogwu, Deputy Director, Consumer Education. QIIN’s delegation sought to establish a partnership with the FCCPC and register as a consumer protection group.
During the visit, QIIN presented two significant initiatives. First, our innovative Quality Complaint and Feedback Management Application (QC App). This application aims to help organizations streamline the process of receiving, responding to, and resolving customer complaints. In addition, it enables effective management of customer feedback, a crucial aspect of maintaining and improving quality standards.
Secondly, we introduced the QIIN Quality Summit, our flagship event designed to bring together quality improvement champions from across the globe. The summit provides an unparalleled platform for sharing knowledge, fostering innovation, and highlighting excellence in the field.
In a symbolic gesture of appreciation and future collaboration, QIIN presented special memorabilia to the Director of Operations at FCCPC. This token, we hope, signifies the beginning of a beneficial alliance that will drive quality improvement in Nigeria and beyond.
The FCCPC, in line with their mission, expressed enthusiasm for the QC App and our broader initiatives. Their commitment to protecting and promoting the welfare of consumers by ensuring the availability of quality products at competitive prices resonates with QIIN’s mission.
In conclusion, the courtesy visit to FCCPC represented a significant milestone in QIIN’s journey towards creating a culture of quality improvement in Nigeria and beyond. We eagerly anticipate a fruitful partnership with FCCPC as we continue championing the cause of quality improvement.
Stay tuned for more updates on our partnerships and initiatives.
