Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Why Virtual and One Day?

In light of the current economic landscape in Nigeria, occasioned by the removal of fuel subsidies leading to increased costs of transportation and other essential commodities, we have chosen to host the summit virtually. This ensures that every interested participant can join the summit conveniently and cost-effectively, but most importantly, everyone gets to access the same planned benefits, with the exception of rice and stew (smiles).

Are there different registration options?

Yes, you can register as an individual (a member or professional)  or as a Fellow through the organizational registration process (Click Here). Organizational registration is the most cost-effective, with access to great benefits for the organization and up to four staff. Request a letter to your organization.
You can also register for the SUMMIT without becoming a member of QIIN (Click Here). 

Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event?

Once you have Zoom installed on your device, most up-to-date computers and mobile devices, such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets, can run the virtual event for you. Once the event platform opens, you will be able to log in and update your profile information in preparation for the event.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, there will be Q&A sessions after each presentation where participants can ask questions. We encourage you to ask questions using the Zoom chat option. This tool allows attendees to pose questions to the session presenters for responses during the live session or afterwards as a follow-up.

What if I experience technical issues during the virtual event and miss it?

Not to worry if you miss the event for whatever reason! All presentations would be recorded and stored for registered members to have access to on the summit webpage even after the event.

How do I access my certificate of attendance?

You will be able to download your certificate of participation after the summit. This will be through the QIIN learning management system, in which you will be required to answer a brief survey question for the future improvement of the summit.

Can I share my virtual summit login information with other members of my team?

Registered organizations can actually hold a public display of the event for group participation. However, everyone will need to register for the summit to personally access the benefits. Everyone is welcome, and all registrations are accepted instantly, so they will be allowed to access the event right away.

How can I access the Zoom link for the summit?

The Zoom link will be sent to your registered email prior to the event.
