About the Course

The Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementer and Auditor (LIA) course is specifically designed for members of the Quality Improvement Institute of Nigeria (QIIN) who have successfully completed the foundations certification course.

This course aims to enhance the professional competency of quality management professionals, equipping them with the skills to both implement and audit QMS systems effectively. Whether participants are seeking to strengthen their capabilities within their own organizations or serve as external consultants, this course offers the advanced expertise required for success.

Delivered in partnership with Cademy Ltd., an accredited body under the National Register of Conformity Assessment Practitioners (NRCAP) of the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON), this course draws on Cademy’s extensive experience in preparing organizations for ISO 9001:2015 certification. Cademy’s strong industry reputation ensures participants receive high-quality, practical training that prepares them for real-world challenges.

The course structure is highly interactive and practical, consisting of:

• 4 days of in-person training featuring quizzes, tests, and assignments,
