Quality improvement for organization

The course is the fulcrum of the entire activities of QIIN. In this course, the basic concepts of quality and improvement are exhaustively dealt with using practical examples.

As a component of quality management, quality improvement emphases the need to increase the capacity to meet quality requirements effectively and efficiently. In this course, participants will be introduced to the activities involved in bringing about improvement of quality of products and services.
